Documents & Artifacts

The documentary record of OneGodian™.

SOURCERECORDEVIDENCEHISTORY

The Documentary Record of OneGodian™

OneGodian has developed through writings, registrations, publications, organizational records, digital systems, visual works, historical milestones, and technical documentation created across multiple periods.

Documents & Artifacts is the historical record room for that development.

Its purpose is to preserve and organize the materials that help establish:

  • What was created
  • Who created it
  • When it was created
  • How it developed
  • Which organization or project it belongs to
  • What its present status is
  • How it relates to the broader OneGodian chronology

This collection should be read alongside the OneGodian Origin, Founder History, OneGodian Timeline, and Digital Museum.

Preserve the Record

History is strongest when it can be connected to evidence.

The OneGodian historical record therefore distinguishes between:

Origin stories — explanations of how an idea or identity developed.

Historical records — dated documents, registrations, publications, correspondence, files, and other evidence.

Artifacts — physical or digital objects preserved because of their historical significance.

Institutional records — documents associated with organizations, companies, programs, systems, or formal operations.

Technical records — software documentation, architecture specifications, repositories, version histories, system records, and related development evidence.

Together, these materials provide a clearer picture of how OneGodian evolved over time.

Foundational Documents

The foundational collection preserves records associated with the earliest OneGodian identity, terminology, writing, and authorship.

Materials in this category may include:

  • Early OneGodian writings
  • Original definitions and terminology
  • Draft manuscripts
  • Published materials
  • Copyright documentation
  • Historical website records
  • Early organizational documents
  • Founder notes and dated records
  • Original graphics, logos, and design materials

These records are especially important because they document OneGodian before the later expansion into companies, technology platforms, registries, and other systems.

Early Copyright Record

An important documentary milestone in the historical record is the United States copyright registration associated with early OneGodian material:

Registration: TXu 1-845-540\ Registration Date: January 5, 2013

The underlying work predates the registration and forms part of the early OneGodian authorship record.

This registration predates the April 11, 2018 formation of ONEGODIAN, LLC and the later technology and systems-development period.

Founder Records

Founder records document the progression of Gregory L. Jones's work from the original OneGodian identity through later organizational, commercial, technological, and systems-development phases.

Examples include:

  • Founder writings
  • Historical biographies
  • Original manuscripts
  • Research notes
  • Project records
  • Dated declarations
  • Business formation records
  • Website archives
  • Development milestones
  • Recorded interviews
  • Photographs and media
  • Published works
  • Correspondence associated with significant milestones

Founder records should be presented chronologically wherever possible.

Organizational Records

As OneGodian expanded, additional organizations and operating structures were developed.

This collection may include records associated with:

ONEGODIAN, LLC

Formed in Connecticut on April 11, 2018, ONEGODIAN, LLC serves as a commercial and operational entity associated with portions of the modern OneGodian ecosystem.

Relevant records may include:

  • Formation documents
  • Business filings
  • Commercial records
  • Intellectual-property documentation
  • Product and platform records
  • Business-development materials

The existence of ONEGODIAN, LLC should remain historically distinct from the earlier origin of OneGodian itself.

Indigenous Nation of Onegodia

Historical records associated with the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia may be preserved separately from the commercial records of ONEGODIAN, LLC.

Materials may include:

  • Foundational writings
  • Constitutional documents
  • Membership materials
  • Historical notices
  • Internal governance records
  • Community-development documents
  • Educational materials

Any public presentation should clearly distinguish self-defined institutional records from governmental recognition, legal status, or authority conferred by an external jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property Records

OneGodian has generated a substantial body of intellectual property across writing, terminology, branding, technology, education, software, media, and systems design.

The Intellectual Property collection may include:

  • Copyright registrations
  • Trademark records
  • Original manuscripts
  • Logos and brand assets
  • Product documentation
  • Software documentation
  • System architecture
  • Naming records
  • Version histories
  • Publication records
  • Archived web pages

Where appropriate, each record should display:

Title\ Creator\ Date\ Record type\ Registration or reference number\ Current status\ Related project\ Source or archive location

ODIN Records

The ODIN Registry™ was developed as a classification and identification framework for OneGodian projects, systems, technologies, records, and intellectual-property assets.

Artifacts associated with ODIN may include:

  • Registry entries
  • Classification records
  • System specifications
  • Project identifiers
  • Architecture records
  • Historical snapshots
  • Version records
  • Supporting documentation

ODIN identifiers should be treated as internal OneGodian classification records unless a specific identifier is separately associated with an external registration or legally recognized record.

OBP-1™ Verification Records

OBP-1™ documentation forms part of the OneGodian provenance and verification framework.

Records may include:

  • Verification entries
  • Invention records
  • Document hashes
  • Authorship records
  • Version histories
  • Certificates
  • Supporting source material
  • Linked ODIN records

OBP-1™ should be presented according to its actual technical and documentary function rather than as a substitute for governmental registration, copyright registration, patent protection, title records, or other external legal processes.

Technology & Development Artifacts

The modern OneGodian record also includes software and technical development.

Examples include:

  • Source-code repositories
  • Architecture diagrams
  • Product specifications
  • Development roadmaps
  • Plugin versions
  • API documentation
  • User-interface designs
  • Database structures
  • Deployment records
  • Release notes
  • Test records
  • Production verification records

These artifacts help document the transition from conceptual systems to implemented technology.

OneGodian Time Records

The OneGodian Timekeeping System™ provides an additional internal chronology for documenting events within the OneGodian historical record.

Where practical, significant records may display both:

Gregorian Date

and

OneGodian Time Date

The current operational standard should be identified by version so historical records remain distinguishable from later revisions.

Books, Publications & Manuscripts

Written work forms one of the largest portions of the OneGodian archive.

The collection may include:

  • Published books
  • Unpublished manuscripts
  • Educational materials
  • Essays
  • Research papers
  • White papers
  • Foundational texts
  • Course materials
  • Historical drafts
  • Revised editions

Each publication record should identify its status clearly:

Published\ Unpublished\ Draft\ Archived\ Revised\ In Development

This prevents proposed works from being mistaken for completed publications.

Media & Visual Artifacts

The OneGodian historical record extends beyond written documentation.

Media artifacts may include:

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Audio recordings
  • Interviews
  • Promotional materials
  • Posters
  • Logos
  • Website screenshots
  • Concept artwork
  • Product designs
  • Architectural concepts
  • Historical social-media materials

These materials help preserve how OneGodian was represented visually during different periods.

Websites & Digital History

Websites are themselves historical artifacts.

The OneGodian digital record may preserve:

  • Earlier versions of OneGodian.org
  • OneGodian.com
  • Archived landing pages
  • Subdomain records
  • Historical navigation structures
  • Screenshots
  • Design iterations
  • Platform launches
  • Application interfaces
  • Development snapshots

Where possible, digital artifacts should include a date or version identifier.

That allows future visitors to distinguish between what existed at a particular historical moment and what exists today.

Physical Artifacts

Not every historical record is digital.

Physical materials may include:

  • Original printed documents
  • Signed writings
  • Certificates
  • Books
  • Business materials
  • Identification materials
  • Event materials
  • Promotional pieces
  • Clothing and merchandise
  • Prototype products
  • Historical signage
  • Founder memorabilia

High-quality photographs or scans can make these artifacts available through the Digital Museum while preserving the original physical material.

Artifact Classification

Every major artifact should use a consistent record structure.

Recommended Record Fields

Artifact Title\ Artifact ID\ Date Created\ Date Published or Filed\ Creator / Author\ Organization\ Category\ Description\ Historical Significance\ Current Status\ Related ODIN Record\ Related QR-V / Verification Record\ External Registration, if applicable\ Source File or Archive\ Related Timeline Event

This creates a repeatable archival standard rather than an unstructured collection of files.

Historical Status Matters

Documents should be classified according to what they actually establish.

A record may show that something was:

Conceived\ Written\ Designed\ Filed\ Registered\ Published\ Built\ Tested\ Deployed\ Verified\ Archived

These statuses are not interchangeable.

A design concept is not the same as an operational system.

An internal registry entry is not the same as a government filing.

A copyright registration is not the same as a trademark registration.

A historical declaration is evidence that a declaration was made; it does not, by itself, establish recognition by another institution.

Maintaining these distinctions strengthens the integrity of the archive.

Documents Become Evidence. Artifacts Preserve Context.

The purpose of this archive is larger than simply storing old files.

Documents establish chronology.

Artifacts preserve context.

Version records show development.

Registrations establish particular forms of external record.

Source files help establish provenance.

Together, they allow the history of OneGodian to be examined through the materials created during that history.

A Living Archive

The OneGodian historical record continues to grow.

New records should not overwrite earlier history.

Instead, each significant revision, publication, deployment, and milestone should become another traceable layer of the record.

That approach preserves both:

what OneGodian is today

and

how it became what it is today.

Archive: OneGodian™ Documents & Artifacts\ Primary Historical Scope: 2009–Present\ Founder: Gregory L. Jones\ Historical Framework: OneGodian Origin → Founder History → Timeline → Documents & Artifacts → Digital Museum

Records should be presented according to their documented status. Internal classifications, private records, organizational declarations, and technical verification systems should not be represented as equivalent to external governmental, judicial, regulatory, or intellectual-property determinations unless independently established.
